For painting by hand. Thicker than 1903, more durable because it dries to a hard finish. Mix 80% powder with 20% oil by weight. Flash point = 93°C (200°F).

Firing paints mixed with oils / mediums
When firing paints with significant amounts of medium, this must be burned off for good results. With peephole(s) open, increase kiln temperature slowly to 450°C (840°F), hold at this temperature for 20-40 min, then close peephole(s) and fire normally.
